Three Oaks Apartments

These one bedroom or efficiency apartments are packed with services. Included in the monthly price are three meals, housekeeping service, linen service, utilities, emergency call system, wellness program and a wide range of activities. Centrally located washers and dryers make personal laundry easy to do. There are apartments with mini kitchens that have an apartment size refrigerator and microwave to make those late night snacks. These apartments are just right for the senior who wants to have a supported independent lifestyle.

Our Three Oaks Assisted Living Apartments are licensed by the state of Indiana. This allows us to do medication administration and other needed medical services for our residents. Another advantage to being licensed is that some long-term care insurances will pay for part of a stay in a licensed facility only.
