North Shore Estates Villas

This is the newest addition to the Christian Care campus, located just across the street from the original campus on Dustman Road in Bluffton, Indiana. North Shore is independent living personified! Each villa is 1,349 square feet of attractive living space with a choice of a 1 or 2-car attached garage. If you don’t have a second car the second garage can be used for storage or a hobby room.

Each home has two spacious bedrooms, two baths, and lots of closet space you are sure to appreciate. The kitchen comes with full appliances and features custom oak cabinetry. A washer and dryer are included as well. The windows are Pella with slim shades. Each villa is attractively landscaped and has a patio to enjoy.  The villas have handicapped accessible bathrooms and surprisingly low utility costs as well.
