The Board of Directors and employees of Christian Care want to thank our nursing care family members for completing our Quality Assurance Satisfaction Surveys. We had a very good response with over 50% of surveys completed and all of them giving Christian Care a high rating. We received 35 surveys returned to us. On a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest for customer satisfaction, we received thirty-one 5’s and four 4’s. The results are summarized in this graph. We are very encouraged by the responses and comments of our family members. Many surveys included helpful comments and suggestions that we will use in our efforts to achieve the best quality possible. Thank you!
