Volunteer Requirements

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Christian Care Volunteer!

Upholding the mission and values of Christian Care is a core element of volunteer resources.  As a volunteer you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents feel safe and welcome while they are here.  To guarantee our residents the best of care all volunteer applicants must:

• Be at least 15 years of age, some exceptions can apply
• Be in good mental, physical and emotional health
• Complete a personal interview and orientation with our Volunteer Coordinator
• Try to attend our annual volunteer training
• Complete an annual TB test
• Try to keep volunteer commitments

Our desire is that all regular volunteers can attend our annual Volunteer In-Service and our Annual Volunteer Appreciation Banquet. You and your giving is very appreciated!
